Design help from a wedding planner to make this the perfect beach venue.  As far as we can tell, this house has  the largest sleeping capacity of any oceanfront house (up to 60).  So you don’t have to rent a tent, we integrated the pool area to flow under the house to where a large Tiki Bar is, covered seating and a very large function room (seen in picture).  Can handle 100-150 guests. Concrete is stained to give an elegant look and includes a dance floor.  There is a large parking area so guests can park right at the house.  Walking path takes you directly onto the beach. Inside, you will be amazed at the available space and the biggest kitchen you have ever been in.  The beverage serving area is a huge hit. This N. Topsail Beach house has it all!
